If you're looking to work in a collaborative environment with opportunity to grow and learn, then this could be your next role. We are seeking a full time Logistics Admin Assistant who is highly communicative, organized, and a team player.

Position Overview:

The Logistics Admin Assistant will work normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The qualified candidate will be someone who can handle a fast-paced and changing environment, while being the right hand to the Buying and Logistics team.

Logistics/Buying Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

Communicate daily with suppliers and vendors
Track and coordinate shipping/receiving
Manage purchase orders
Maintain files, reports and track/update
Complete data entry tasks
Responsible for solving issues and discrepancies

Logistics Admin Assistant Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office-Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Capable of working independently

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience and knowledge of field
